Is it truly waterproof?

I didn't read that it was waterproof. I know in general with their covers when my baby spits up a lot on it, I clean it a bit & take the cover off & put it in the laumdry. Usually there is a little bit of something on the pillow even if I didn't clean the cover a bit. It's not soaked though.

What’s the difference between this and the original cover that sells for 9.99? Also, does this have the handle?

Hi! Great question. The Boppy Premium Pillow Cover is a soft microfiber cover that has a two-sided design with matching piping, giving you two different coordinating fashions in one slipcover. The Boppy Original Cover is a cotton blend cover in one allover print.

It’s this just one or two covers?

Mine was one cover. If typing look at the other views you can see this one has a different print on each side.
