It supposed to be a 12 pack as stated in the product description , instead I've received only one piece . When you order all the kit parts and count them so you have as many as you need of each it's very frustrating to get one component of the whole kit less quantity than you're expecting . Now more delays in fixing the issues because I have to wait another fey days or weeks to get it .

Took a chance. I'm not an expert at urinals so didn't know if the urinal was a Sloan Royal or Regal. Rolled the dice and won. Whomever replaced the diaphragm before tightened the begesus and I needed to persuade it a little with my channel locks. Thank goodness the control-stop worked. It's not my place and I'm just the today guy so I don't know where is the water main shutoff.
