A thin handset with light weight plastic. Keys feel a bit rubbery but work flawlessly. Best thing in this remote is that all the keys are ‘learning’ type unlike other Universal remotes where only a few keys can be programmed.After using it for a year, some frequently used keys started to function erratically. The remote has to be regularly opened and the keys/contacts cleaned with a solvent in order to make it work again properly.
