How many levels are there and what is the approximate rating of the lowest level?

The lowest level I would guess 1100 appox ,

I have always been such a bad chess player that no one wanted to play with me. All I want is to have my moves graded. Does this do that?

My husband uses the chess set...I do not play chess. He says that the moves are not specifically graded, but poor moves are critiqued and more appropriate moves are suggested.
