I am a 34/32 and have a men's large and it fits well. I would estimate accordingly

Nope, just straight shorts. Good quality, work well for PT.

Q: what material are these shorts made of?

50/50 cotton poly blend, feels more like straight cotton. The band is tight, USN Seal is correct stamped into the fabric.

Q: Do these have the actual navy seals emblem on them?

The pair I received has the US Navy Emblem - sailing ship, and anchor., exactly how the picture shows. The writing is "U.S. Navy" just below the emblem. Not being a SEAL myself, I would not want to usurp the title.
