StetsonMen's Andover Fedora

This is exactly like the Stetson my grandfather wore. I have his Stetson, and this one is a little thicker, and maybe even a little better made? The brim is the perfect width (2.25"), and the crown is a perfect height (4.25"). It holds the front snap at the right angle, and even takes well to snapping down one side, too. For the price, you cannot beat this Fedora... it crushes the other offerings from Belfry and Scalia (which cost the same or more).This Fedora is not packable or crushable, but it does bounce back from minor mishaps, and can always be re-shaped by a good hatter or the steam from a kettle.My only wish is that it were satin lined like the older versions, and a feather would have been a nice touch, but most of us would remove those anyway?

Brought this, but ended up returning it. It is a nice hat, but know that you need to make sure of your size. Based on size chart, mine was to large which was the reason for my return. Overall I would get this hat again.Just know, they will charge you for the return, so make sure you order the correct size.

I see the name has changed. This isn't a straw hat, its a wool felt hat made in Mexico. I get a lot of compliments, and it keeps my bald head warm in the cold Alaskan winter. I daily wear this, about 2 months in so far and still very happy.

This is a very nice hat all around. Well made and good looking. I normally buy hats in size 7 1/2-7 5/8 so I ordered the XL. When the hat arrived in its cardboard box [nice touch] I tried it on the first thing. I realized then that I should have ordered the Large size as it would have fit my head better. No matter now as I have addressed that issue and it fits like a glove. I am a long time fedora wearer and am pleased with my purchase. Recommend do buy if you want a truly classic lid.
