Review: Great Gift and Customer Service - I purchased this for my husband as a Father's Day gift. The monogramed glass storage watch box was received as the merchant stated in a timely manner. The quality of the design and craftmanship of the personalization were excellent. However, after several attempts, we could not open the clasp on the box. I contacted Natalie at My Personal Memories about the issue. She responded promptly with keeping us updated on the process of sending a new one as requested and stated that we did not need to return the defective one. The new one was received expeditiously and was easy to open. The storage box is a wonderful way to store / display your watch collection with a personal touch.
