REviews for this HDD cover are all over the board. I purchased a used PS4 so I could play online with my son. For the price I got it at it was rough but worked. One of the biggest flaws was the scratched HDD cover. I purchased this one to replace it. It slid on just fine and fit perfectly. It gives a nice contrast to the console and a sleeker look. Well worth the money if you are looking to replace a scratched HDD cover or if you don't like the gloss look. Even great for adding some color to your PS4.

Not much to say, looks as it does in pictures and fits perfectly. Really makes a cool look by switching out the old shiny one and adding this one.

I accidentally ordered this when I had meant to order a FULL faceplate for my PS4. Well, I should use my eyeballs a little better and actually read stuff. However, I did clip this HDD faceplate on to my shelled PS4 and it looks great. Just a little cyborg-ish. This is not the product if you need or want to replace your entire faceplate, but it's a good product and I'm glad I purchased it.

Fits like original. Wish there was an easy way to make the entire case white, but this is an easy install

It looks really cool, I love the black and white matte combo! It doesn't fit my PS4 perfectly but after a while you just ignore the really small gap it leaves.

The overall construction and build quality is great. The texture and details as pictured is exactly what I received and the fit is near perfect. Definitely a good buy if you're looking for something like this. Works like a charm! Fairly scratch resistant as well.

As a proud PS4 owner, I never liked the glossy faceplate the console came with. Although I do like the design of the system, the faceplate would tend to get smudge marks easily. Not to mention how tough it was to clean without getting scratches. I always knew that one day, a matte material faceplate would appear and thanks to eXtremeRate it did. Recently purchased a red solid matte faceplate from eXtremeRate & loved it ever since. It's so easy to dust & clean & I dont have to worry about scratches, as well as leaving smudge marks. Highly recommend if u guys are having the same or any issues with your face plates as I did. Thanks eXtremeRate so much & I also plan on picking up some more plates in different colors :) Also thanks to Amazon as well!

I got this because the original one got scracted easily over time and I also have the controller that is blue and black. It matches so well and makes my PS4 Feel like new, while also making it look unique.

Nice added customization of your PS4. Fits in perfectly. I used it because I had the glossy black cover that came with the original PS4 which was starting to look pretty dated and scratched up.

Good durability and looks snazzy on the boyfriends PS4! No heat issues either which is incredible.
