Please read the size chart. Forget what your fantasy size would be ladies 😉. I usually wear an XL in everything I buy. But in this brand dress I had to order a 3x. Yes I know, I’m still recovering. But this dress will fit wonderfully. The length is perfect for tall ladies as well. I ordered the Navy, while not a true Navy color, it is doable and you can accessorize with many different accent colors.

Based on size chart & most all the reviews. One I missed > "size up to hide the flaws". At just 5'4", 155-60# and 36A (smal a), I wear S-M top but measure L-XL in the lower curves. Ordered a Medium. It FEELS GREAT! Very long, soft, strtchy & comfy. It's smooth but not slick. It has a gentle "loose" fit (or feel) but it's the type if fabric to show all you have😉. The top, though closely fitted, was still comfortable and would do fine. The waist down, however, showed more than I prefer. 😕 plan to return ASAP.>> I read a review/question about nursing in this dress - it would be PERFECT!!! I remember a typical wrap dress velt went thru a small slit and wrapped around your waist. This dress has a belt not attached in any way and does not wrap. Disappointed, in this item but will try to make it work.

This dress is beautiful.It's so soft & light,but as a 145 lb women who carries most of herexcess weight in her back & belly,it's a serious no go!The fabric is perfect for summer, light & airy,but I have an inverted triangle shape.This dress had a bad tendency to cling to the most unflattering parts of my body,including my back & belly fat,there is no flare at the bottom like it's shown in the pictures.Actually,it fits more like a column dress straight up & down.When i saw it in the mirror from the side,it made me look like I was expecting!I think this dress resembles a maternity gown & that was NOT the look I was going for.For reference I am 5'6 145 & broad shouldered,inverted triangle shape.I was excited to wear this pretty dress but when I saw it on me I was very disappointed.I saw the reviews & it looked beautiful on all the women but awful on me.I think this would be stunning on an hourglass figure because of the way it grabs onto every little thing but that's about it.Shame as it's so comfortable & comes in so many pretty colors.Will be returning.

I ordered this as part of a costume and liked the fit so much that I am ordering it in two more colors. Flattering, not too low cut, easy to dress up and down, beyond comfy, and it's great having a maxi that doesn't fit like a tent (and has sleeves). However, this isn't for everyone. Unlike many maxi dresses, this is not loose -- and it's very thin material, so everything shows. Spanx highly recommended unless you are lucky enough to have a perfect figure. The white is see-through enough that you will want a slip. But still, it's one of my favorite dresses for it's versatility, packability, and fun. Did I mention it's super-flattering? I will add, since I find these caveats helpful when assessing fit, that I'm 5'7", usually wear a size 6 dress but more of a size 4 on top, more of a pear shape than a rectangle or triangle, 34B bra, and a small fit very well. If you are bigger on top (or arms -- sleeves are very fitted), you might want to go up one size. If you carry most of your weight around your middle, this might not be the most flattering style for you. Also -- I chose my size based on the reviews. If I'd followed the sizing provided in the product description, I would have ended up with a dress way too big.

I returned this dress immediately. It was too form fitting. My style is modest and conservative. May have been able to work it out if ordered a larger size, but didn't want to bother. Shipping was within reasonable time frame and did not have any problems getting refund.
