Seems to be good
Items packaging and delivery was good. It's not one peice, 3 wood piece joined together & carved. I would expected polished and shined but received unpolished. So far we were using bamboo wood board, switching to this now. I ll post my further comments after few weeks use. But so far it looks elegant.

Disappointed
Its not a single piece of wood but clearly 2 pieces joined together with some adhesive. Also some kind of polish applied. Dont know if its food safe. If you want to be 100% safe, next time buy the more expensive brands. Will be costlier, but reliably safer in the long run. No hide n seek games.To Amazon:Ive been returning damaged, defective, wrong description items more frequently over the past few months and its a long wait to resend an item and reorder. Adds to buyer inconvenience. Amazon should start conducting some basic quality checks now. Even if an item is cheap, it should still meet a basic criteria.

Sturdy, functional product.Cons- It has two longitudinal joints- not a single block as I was expectingit wobbles so I have to put cloth underneath.When washed and wiped, some discolouration can be seen on tissue. Now I’m no expert but I don’t think that’s supposed to happen in genuine wood and I hope that colour or whatever it is gets vanished over subsequent uses. Maybe manufacturer can explain itIt lacks a handle or something to grip. Like slanted edges or inbuilt groves on sides to pick it up with easeNeeds maintenance- watch YouTube videos for thatPros- An okay product and serves the purposeGrooves are the main feature of the product. Not a single piece. Not very heavy.
Was sort of expecting a heavy single piece board. It seems a bit lightweight and certainly not a single piece - can clearly see a join. The product description does not claim single piece, but I think some people answered that it is. The product image says 878 g and the product description says 1.27 kg. Seems more like the former.I am keeping the piece, because it still seems like a good product, despite these issues.
