This scrubber is not mounted; it's designed for travel. Stand on it with both feet, kicking one foot at a time through the bristles. Your weight keeps it in place. For stability, stand near a sturdy object like a wall and use your hand for support.

How sturdy is it? Can it be left outdoors

Our boot scrubber is very sturdy. It can comfortably fit up to size 13 boots or shoes and withstand at least 250 pounds / 113 kilograms without breaking. The composite plastic materials are waterproof and can safely be left outdoors all year round.

Does this scrub only the soles of boots or can it scrub up the sides too?

Great household shoe ‘scrapper’ sole cleaner. Weighted down so don’t have to hold to use.

This works! I’ve tried it with muddy bottomed sneakers, and they came clean between the bottom pattern. Tried it on my gardening clogs, that have hatch patterned bottoms, and all of the grass was removed. It’s weighted just so, that you don’t need to hold it down to do one foot at a time. Nice and sturdy. Good rubber grip on the bottom. Well built, good quality bristles and good stiffness. Fits the average width shoe with some room on either side. Perfect for household use. 10 of 10
