Q: Hi I’m a size 16 . What size bra should I get

I’d say large but it would depend on your bust. They are quite large fitting and very stretchy. So it would be better to size down.

Q: Is this definitely free from any hooks? Seems to be disagreement about this on other Q&A post about "how many hooks"?

This bra definitely has hooks fastening at the back with three rows of hooks, the same as any standard bra would have. Very comfortable but found it to be a little on the small side and think it has shrunk a little in the wash. I find that the better fitting bras are sold in normal bra sizes as opposed to S, M, L, etc.

I’d go for the medium .. I purchased the large and found it was more suited to a 38/40 too loose on the band , I’m a 34/36 D cup . Hope this helps

E is the cup size 36 is a very small size. Look carefully at the size chart. If it is difficult to find out, use "chart" to ask about the size. You give them the messurements and they can advise you.
