We advise you to wash the top before first use and then after each use to keep its properties intact.

I love how sweaty I get from this!!! I always have trouble with things like this staying in place and this does! I tuck it into my underwear and leggings for that extra security to stay in place.Super easy to clean even at the gym. Give us a rinse w soap and roll in a towel to dry and your good to go!I can’t work out without it anymore!

This is more for water sports, it’s a wetsuit material, I wouldn’t think anyone would like to go to gym or work out in this, look like a sweaty seal...
