Featuring an adjustable ABS frame and included 25mm and 54mm hole saws with arbor, it ensures perfectly aligned holes every time—eliminating measuring errors and wasted materials. Lightweight and portable, it’s perfect for homeowners, landlords, and joiners seeking a fast, reliable solution for fitting standard UK door locks and deadbolts. ## Description Shop Tolsen Door Lock Jig, Latch & Handle Hole Saw Kit, 35-45mm Wooden Doors | ABS Positioning Frame, 25mm and 54mm Cutters, Arbor Included, Deadbolt and Lockset, 320g, Homeowners and Joiners. Free delivery on eligible orders of £20 or more. ## Features - Aligns every hole for you: this door lock jig clamps over the door edge and sets the 54mm face bore and the 25mm edge bore on one centre line, so the latch meets the handle spindle first time. No measuring, no pencil marks, no oval holes to fill in a new door. - Fits doors 35mm to 45mm thick: the sliding frame matches your door (1-3/8 to 1-3/4 inch), covering nearly every internal door sold in the UK. Set it once and the centre point holds true across a whole house, from a bathroom latch to a bedroom deadbolt. - Cutters included, not just a template: you get the adjustable ABS frame, a 25mm hole saw for the latch, a 54mm one for the lock body and a single arbor. Most door handle jig sets only mark a line and leave you buying the saws separately. This one does not. - Turns a locksmith call-out into a twenty minute job: fitting a lockset or tubular latch yourself is well within reach once a guided door latch jig is doing the positioning. Ideal for homeowners hanging new doors, landlords between tenants, and joiners on second fix. - Honest about what it suits: made for solid and hollow-core wooden doors, so it is not intended for metal, composite or UPVC. At 320g it lives in a tool bag, and it is sized for standard UK latches, deadbolts and lever handle sets rather than all-day site production. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B08YZ72XDX | | Best Sellers Rank | 36,970 in DIY & Tools ( See Top 100 in DIY & Tools ) 115 in Hole Saws | | Brand | Tolsen | | Colour | Yellow | | Control Method | Push Button | | Controller Type | Hand Control | | Customer Reviews | 4.1 4.1 out of 5 stars (226) | | Included Components | 1 x adjustable positioning frame, 1 x 25mm hole saw, 1 x 54mm hole saw, 1 x arbor | | Item Dimensions | 16.5 x 20 x 8 centimetres | | Item Highlight | ABS Positioning Frame, 25mm and 54mm Cutters, Arbor Included, Deadbolt and Lockset, 320g, Homeowners and Joiners | | Item Type Name | Door Lock Installation Kit | | Item Weight | 0.71 Pounds | | Lock Type | Deadbolt | | Manufacturer | Tolsen | | Material | ABS plastic frame with steel hole saws and arbor | | Model Name | Door Lock Installation Kit | | Model Number | 75863 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Number of Pieces | 4 | | Part Number | 75863 | | Recommended Uses For Product | Installing lever handles, tubular latches, deadbolts and lock cases in wooden doors 35-45mm thick | | Shape | Square | | Special Features | Adjusts for door width ranging from 35- 45mm (1-3/8" to 1-3/4") | | Style | Modern | | Unit Count | 1.0 count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Tolsen - **Item dimensions L x W x H:** 16.5 x 20 x 8 centimetres - **Lock type:** Deadbolt - **Material:** ABS plastic frame with steel hole saws and arbor - **Special feature:** Adjusts for door width ranging from 35- 45mm (1-3/8" to 1-3/4") ## Images ![Tolsen Door Lock Jig, Latch & Handle Hole Saw Kit, 35-45mm Wooden Doors - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71iN0IZjNmL.jpg) ## Frequently Bought Together - Tolsen Door Lock Installation Kit - Adjustable Wooden Door Lock Fitting Tool Set for Installing Deadbolts and Locksets - Probrico Round Single Cylinder Deadbolt Security Door Lock with Key Safe Lock Door Knobs Entrance Locker Satin Nickel - Qrity Single Cylinder Deadbolt, Round Deadbolt Lock with Keys, Modern Door Locks, Zinc Alloy Deadbolt, Invisible Door Lock for Front Door, Entrance Door, Passage Door --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sk/products/296345239-tolsen-door-lock-jig-latch-and-handle-hole-saw-kit](https://www.desertcart.sk/products/296345239-tolsen-door-lock-jig-latch-and-handle-hole-saw-kit) --- *Product available on Desertcart Slovakia* *Store origin: SK* *Last updated: 2026-10-19*
