Cuisinart 14-Piece Cookware Set, Chef's Classic Stainless Steel Collection, 77-14N

Great pan set wife just loves it no more flaking of pans .

Had to replace all of my cookware to stainless steel and this was the best I found in qty of items and price. Description does say that lid handles stay cool to the touch... not true. They get hot, you need a pot holder to remove. I also read that because the lid holders were a bit taller then usual it was hard to stack up when storing and that is true. The cleaning can be challenging specially if you want to preserve the shiny and steel look without the scratching. I use soak in hot water and use SOS pads to remove stubborn stains. It's been about a month or so since I bought and I cook almost every night and so far I am very happy with them.

I have been using them for a little over 2 weeks, at first I had doubts because I thought they were expensive compared to others sets, but so far they are perfect. I read that the handles get hot when cooking and no, the food so far does not stick at all, it is true that they are new, we will see over time, they are beautiful, I would buy them again.

I was looking for a new set of pots and pans and really wanted stainless, but after reading reviews I was deterred from any ALL stainless sets because it sounded like they were much harder to clean. This set seems to be a very nice compromise because it's not as expensive, has some all stainless pieces, and some with the nonstick surface. Not sure if it's due to the all/almost all stainless material this is made of or the fact that my old pans were QUITE old, but I've definitely had to turn down the temp a bit when cooking since getting these. Stuff doesn't seem to stick to the all stainless pans too bad, but there's definitely some stains on the pots after a couple months' worth of use... I'm sure I just need to get the right cleaner for them. In addition to this I bought 3 more individual pans with the nonstick coating (same line) and I'm glad I did because I definitely get the most use out of those ones.

It's performed quite well. A bit of staining and miscoloration like many others have said but cooks just fine. Things will stick to them if you don't use non-stick so be liberal with the spray and butter. They also scratch kinda easily so you can't use silverware or metal utensils when cooking with these without damaging the pans.

I bought this set to replace the old, chipped, toxic nonstick cookware. The set works great, feels very sturdy, and has a decent weight without being too heavy or hard to handle. There is a single nonstick pan in this set, which I honestly didn't notice, but this isn't terrible! My mom loves having a safer option to use as nonstick cookware compared to her old, beat up items. These pots and pans clean well in the dishwasher!

I have had this set for over 2 years and it still works great. This is my only set and I use it daily. The one non-stick pan in the set has shown no signs of damage. With proper cleaning and care I am sure this set will last me many more years. After washing they still have the mirror like finish they did when I bought them. I think it was a great deal and would recommend this set to anyone who loves cooking and wants something sturdy and visually appealing.

These are great pots and pans. You do need to add a little bit of oil before starting to cook. Since they have no coating (which is what I wanted) you need the oil to make sure you do not burn anything.
