I had a brand new Essco 5 inch shower head. My apartment is in top floor. I found that the so called velocity/ pressure of water was low. Hence I needed a lesser diameter shower head and bought this. After replacing my Essco Shower head with this Ruhe 3 inch showerhead, I found quite a sunstantial and noticable increase in water velocity/pressure.It serves my purpose.As for durability, only time will tell us. However the look and feel of the product is good .I dont want to comment on price and value.

I had a much wider shower head and the water pressure was poor. But this 3 inch shower head is perfect to increase the water pressure during a shower. Happy with the purchase.

Overall good, It seemed like the silicon stubs from where the water comes out were movable but they are not. Anyway, it looks good and serves the purpose
