Die Lampe hat ein super Licht und durch das rote „Rücklicht“ ist man auch gut von hinten sichtbar.
Die Lauflampe ist super. Ich habe diese schon seit einem Jahr und den ganzen Herbst und Winter ein- bis zweimal die Woche für ca. zwei Stunden im Einsatz. Die zweite habe ich für meine Frau gekauft.

Adjustable angle very useful to avoid tripping
If you run at night you really need these, they are an adjustable and comfy fit and provide a clear rear warning and good forward illumination, with adjustable angle. I found this better than a head torch because you can angle the beam down slightly so that you can also see where you feet are landing, without having to look downwards. The Charge lasts for many hours.
