Product: Sounce Type C to Rj45 Ethernet Adapter. 1-For windows it was a simple plug and play experience and worked immediately (disconnect from any connected WiFi obviously). 2-For any modern MacBook you need to identify the product (I used my windows machine as shown in the screen shot) and then I needed to download the ASIX driver and figure out how to install and "Activate" the driver in order for it to work.. Basically it works!! Both for windows and (with a little work) for my Macbook. ๐๐ผ

Get's the job done.
Plug and play device for fire stick (4K Max 1st Gen), however you need an OTG adapter. Works flawlessly. Bang for the buck. I'm getting consistent speed of 91 Mbps. I've faced no issues with connectivity and fit. Easy to use. It's been a month, hence cannot comment on durability.

Only 100mbps
Its only usb 2.0x, and only 100mbps. Quality is sub par (shielding got exposed in 2 days itself), it has built in activity led though. Not value for money.

It is not working properly. Don't buy. I regret buying this because it has no return and replacement policy in actual.

Excellent Product
For my new laptop, which does not have an Ethernet port, that' why C-type connector was required. I purchased this one and I am very satisfied with this connector. It works with total ease. It's very light weight and user-friendly, build have added aesthetics to my office table. It is very fast in connecting without any issue.
