For those who are looking to buy understand that You get one band for the price . You might see the more affordable options on amazon but let me just tell you that Quality is better than quantity. I have bought affordable resistance bands and haven't lasted me a month with the resistance I needed. this product on the other hand is great durable quality I've had mine for over a month. The band is up to my hip ( I'm 5'7) but it's perfecttt for versatile work outs. You can double strap it around your thighs or ankles to mimic smaller resistance bands and work perfect . Wrap it around your back to work out arms and more . I bought the red 4 kor band and I'm just Overall super happy I chose this over the other bands on amazon that I had to come back and write a review.

The media could not be loaded. Immediately upon opening the shipping package I pull out a professionally packaged product. In the past I've ordered single item fitness products and it's the item by itself, no packaging (turn off). It's very clear @4korfitness takes every detail seriously. The black warrior band feels sturdy yet pliable enough to do what I've asked of it so far. I will be purchasing more bands in the near future with various resistances. I included 2 of my go to exercises, 1 upper and another lower body exercise, ENJOY. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND, NOT ONLY THIS PRODUCT BUT THIS PARTICULAR BRAND. Thank you so much for caring...

Nice, sturdy fitness band
Nice, sturdy fitness band. Having used it once so far, I can't attest to its extended durability, but For now it's great. Will update if anything changes.

My new favorite way to stretch!
So far I'm loving the addition of my 4kor resistance band into my daily workouts. It has definitely widened my variety of exercise options! Amazing how many different ways you can use one band!! I like that the company has videos on youtube for ideas too. My favorite way to use it has been with stretching and mobility exercises, I always feel sooo good after! 100% worth the price!

Great use for many different gym movements!
Great product. Initially got it so that my fiancé could use it to assist with pull-ups. But I get great use from it at home. I place it on a sturdy door and can get a great tricep workout with push downs. I can also stand on it and control the slack for a killer bicep pump with curls
