Does the 8 tier come with feet? Or just flat on the bottom?

We have regular 8 tier and 8 tier with rod feet. $79 is for the regular 8 tier, $82.99 is for 8 tier with feet. You can select it from clicking on the size option bar, thank you!

Can I put two cakes on the bottom and the top tiers with cupcakes?

The only place with enough space would be whatever you put as the top tier. If you are going to have a larger cake then you can only use a few tiers. What's great about this stand is that you can configure it to be as little or as big as you want. I hope that helps :)

Where can you purchase the 4" acrylic rods as I have misplaced a few of mine?

Try any “plastics” manufacturer store near you. Like a Tap Plastics” which creates acrylic pieces.

Can i put a small 2 tier wedding cake on the top?

Yes! But I would remember you remove the 6” plate and use the 8” plate for the top tier to hold the wedding cake
