The handle is not slippery and sturdy.
I love this product. I am making dough for roti everyday keeping my hands clean. It takes a bit of trial and error to get the amount of water right. But once you get your ratio right....it's easy.

Best way to mix dough to avoid sticky fingers
I find it useful as it helps me avoid sticky fingers during initial mixing of the dough and cleaning is easy
