Review: Jacobs is great but don't buy it here. - While Jacobs Latte Macchiato tastes great, I suggest you do not buy from desertcart. I just received my order and packaging is not consistent. The milk pods get crushed and leak. This is the 2nd time I have received damaged product and will not be ordering again from desertcart. I have purchased this product multiple times and when the 5 pack comes in the original carboard Jacobs packaging, then padded and inside a 2nd desertcart cardboard box, the product has survived shipping. The two times the product was not in Jacobs original 5 pack cardboard boxes, but just the 5 packs taped together then dropped in an desertcart box, the milk pods didn't make it. The star rating is for the product, and I don't want to knock Jacobs, but I suggest we try to source this elsewhere because of the shipping issues.

**Q: Do the milk creamer pods explode like all the ones that I have putchsed lately??**
A: I've never had a creamer pod explode using this pack (or any others) and I go through quite a few.

**Q: Is this 5 whole boxes? 12345 or is it trying to trick us and there is only 1 box with 5 coffee pods?**
A: It’s 5 Individual packages of coffee (12345).

**Q: Does the milk froth well like the old Gevalia pods?**
A: Even better than Gevalia. Jacobs is more flavorful.

While Jacobs Latte Macchiato tastes great, I suggest you do not buy from Amazon. I just received my order and packaging is not consistent. The milk pods get crushed and leak. I even find myself enjoying the mechanical whirrs and clicks of my Tassimo machine; it’s the sound of a great drink in the making. Because I never want to be caught without a cup, I’ve invested in a reusable T-Disc as a backup. It’s great for experimenting with my own grounds, but let’s be honest: as long as I can track down these Jacobs Caramel pods, they will always be my first choice. A Wishlist for the Future While I'm a loyalist, I do have two big hopes for Tassimo: More Latte Varieties: I’d love to see them expand their latte line further. While we have gems like the Costa Caramel Latte and L'OR Macchiato Caramel, there is always room for more innovative flavors. For those of us in the States, obtaining these can sometimes feel like a quest. Currently, many fans rely on Amazon or eBay for imports. I’m crossing my fingers that Tassimo will start offering more flavor varieties like the flat white from the past.
