HiWe had purchased the mentioned product as a gift for someone. The first time was on 5th of Aug last month,after the product arrived we gifted to the person for whom we have taken it ,but after 2 to 3 day the person who we had gifted it called us saying that the product is not getting charged if he kept it for 24 hours so we place a replacement request with Amazon which was done by 14th of August and this time we wanted to be sure before giving it as a gift ,but after 2 days again the same problem with the charging so we called on the number given on the warranty card but to our suprise the ivr said that the mentioned num dose not exist so some how through Google we got the company num but sad to say there is no proper response from their side .we have been ordering things from Amazon for the last 3 to 4 years but never have had such a bad experience

Sound quality is good it’s just that when you listen to music in it people around can know what you’re listening too it quite loud. I bought it 2 months ago and now a week ago it stopped working it wasn’t turning on I tried everything possible but it just wouldn’t respond.

Trust me guys, although there are a lot of good reviews but i have tried a lot of headsets, this one doesnt justift its value. Its not for pro bass users. Sound deterioration can be felt at 70%. Highs are not balanced. U can get a good sound even in flipkart smartbuy headphone priced at 700 Rs. with good built quality. U can go with boat 450 rather than this. Build quality ia awesome. Case and other things are perfect but what would we do with them if at this price sound is not upto the mark. If u r a music lover, go with wired headsets like oneodio. U can go with Sony Wh-Ch510 also if u want vocals clarity and good mids.

Loved this pair of Opera Melophones. It’s a black beauty!The sound quality is amazing. Cancels out outside noise just perfectly.The cushions doesn’t let it hurt even after prolonged use.So convenient to carry around because of the cute carry case that comes with a little carabiner to attach it to your jeans loop or bag or anything.There’s a cute little welcome note as well! Of course there’s a warranty card and a user manual inside the carry case.Even though it’s wireless, there comes a pair of jacks to connect to your phone or laptop if you wish or if you run out of charge. And there’s also the charging cable.

The product is amazing but its packaging was not good. It has excellent sound quality and even bass quality is superb. Also the charging cable is too short.

The headphones are very plush and comfortable to look at, and to wear. They come in a beautiful packaging which is of premium quality and is travel friendly. It comes with 1yr warranty and a very easy to follow product manual.The sound quality is good too. Took me a while to pair it with my phone but once paired, the headphones performed really well.Will definitely be recommending these to people. This will also make a really nice gift!Overall, I am really pleased with the purchase :)
