How often should i clean the machine?

We recommend you clean the machine weekly to prevent any dirt build up.

What happens when the tray is full?

Once the tray is full, the machine will stop making ice until its been emptied.

Will the ice stay frozen in the machine?

The ice machine will keep ice cubes frozen for a short period but we advise you to transfer any extra ice cubes to a separate storage container for better preservation.
