What Are The Health Benefits?

Well I used them to make mint sauce, mint jelly, mint julep, added to fresh strawberries, and carrots. My friend uses them in tea and it helps her migraines. Mint tea helps settle my stomach when upset. But I strongly suspect the most medicinal of the lot is the mint julep! :)

I kept it moist in the fridge and it lasted quite awhile although 3 ounces was more than I thought so I didn`t go through it all.
