Ecological Formulas Melazepam Cream by Ecological Formulas

I find this product reduced my acne. I did get a slight itching sensation after applying, which lasts about 30 min. This product does lead to some skin flaking, but overall this is what I expected and and it fixed my breakouts for the most part. I will be looking to get one with lower concentration of azelaic acid next time.

Azelaic acid cream. Texture very thick, almost like an ointment. Worked best layered over a moisturizer, and given time to dry down before applying make up.Mild tingling/itchy sensation when first using. This settled down over time.Improvement in redness, texture, and preventative maintenance for break outs.

Way too strong for my skin.I tried The Ordinary 10% azelaic acid first, which stinged just a bit, but all normal, and I did experienced great results afterwards. Tried this 20% later, 2 or 3 times, first time burned way too much for 20-30 minutes even after applying moisturizer. Tried it a second time, maybe 2 months later, same results. I threw the tube away afterwards.

This is a fantastic product if you have adult acne, sensitive skin, or uneven skin tone. Very happy to have found it for the price.

I never struggled with bad skin until I was 35, and suddenly I had pimples. I work really hard at keeping my skin nice, and spend a lot on good cleansers and moisturizers, but in spite of that, the zits still arrive each month like clockwork. I've tried all the over the counter stuff, all the expensive Clinique and Lancome and Differin acne products. Nothing has worked like this. After reading the ingredients, I fully expected to have a MEGA breakout, but that didn't happen, and I got more or less immediate results. I've been using this twice a day for a month now, and I've not had a pimple in all that time, when I'd been struggling with scarring, nasty blemishes for years. I'm really impressed that such an affordable, simple product controls my cyclical adult acne. Today, a woman in her early 20s complimented me on my skin. She couldn't believe I was about to turn 40. It was a nice feeling! I'm going to recommend this to a couple of friends who struggle with the same problem.
