Will these fit over my uggs?

Uggs aren’t that different from a normal boot. If anything uggs are more cushiony and collapsy for ice walking. But yeah, they’ll fit over them.

Can these work with those toe running shoes or just a standard running shoe?

I would not recommend them with toe running shoes. Technically you could but, they really would not fit correctly. You could try going to the company's website to see if had anything for those types of shoes :-)

What do these feel like for short patches of asphalt? The pro model feels fine to me but they don't have spikes. Do the spikes "clatter" or feel weird

You can feel the spikes on the asphalt when there is no ice or snow, however it’s not terrible just noticeable. I recommend these. They are the best for ice and snow

What shoe size is the medium? I want to get them for my father in law as a gift. He wears a size 10.

I wear a size 10 running shoe. Following the manufacturer's recommendation, I ordered a medium. It's a bit snug, but that's probably a good thing. It feels comfortable and has never come off while running. There are three Velcro straps to allow adjustments.
