This really works good
This worked very good . I was removing 16 year old vinyl on a semi trailer. It did not come off in one piece and I would not expect it to but it did soften the vinyl and removed the adhesive with it leaving a clean surface. What was a big plus was around the rivets that had vinyl on them it worked so much better than using an eraser type wheel.

Worked great for Boat registration decals
Had some 5 year old boat registration decals that were reflective and part metallic. This worked great at removing them without the need for a heat gun. It also removes whatever wax coat you have so be prepared to rewax the area.Follow the instructions. Allow to sit for a couple minutes. Decals peeled right off.

Didn’t work for us at all. :(
Didn’t work on anything we tried it on, spoke with someone did exactly what they said to do while they were on the phone, customer service was great but the product did not work at all. We make install and remove decals so we are not rookies, we were looking for an easier removal product. This wasn’t it, they even sent me the Reflective off for free a more powerful version, didn’t touch even the simplest graphic. I wish I could rave about it but it just didn’t work.

Great product, but...
Needed to get 15-year old vinyl boat lettering of of my hull. Hull is painted with LP paint. This product was recommended.Good news: This stuff works! I had tried to use a razor to get the old letters off. It took about one hour per letter. I gave up and ordered this stuff. When it arrived I wetted out a paper towel and wiped it over the vinyl, and then waited a few minutes. I then tried again with my plastic razor. It came off many times quicker. And cleaner. Note that you still have to scrape the letters off, they don’t simply fall off. It is still a lot of work but many, many times easier than without the product. It did not hurt my LP at all.Bad news: I ordered the smallest bottle I can possibly order. When I used it, I used literally (and I’m using that word correctly) about 1 tablespoon worth. With no exaggeration, I wetted out one, ONE, paper towel for the entire boat name. Now I have an entire bottle of this product left with no more use for it.Bad bad news: I’m willing to pay the $27 they asked for the product, but then they asked for $11 in shipping. In today’s world I am willing to pay a couple of bucks for shipping but I am used to free shipping. $11 to ship it to Seattle is ridiculous. Oh, and it took over three weeks for it to arrive.Bottom line, this will really make getting your vinyl lettering off much easier! But be prepared to waste most of it from non-use and be prepared to pay an exorbitant amount for shipping.

Not Sure What This Stuff Really Is But It Is A Miracle
OK, so to be honest, I bought this product to help remove vinyl striping from my airplane. Between me taking to long to order it and then the shipping taking longer than a usual Amazon purchase, by the time I had received it, I no longer needed it. I tried to send it back but was told to just keep it, a surprise, but OK, fine, I'll hang onto it.Fast forward to the last several weeks. I have had to remove several smaller decals and stickers both at the airport and at home. I have to tell you, I don't know what is in this, but it is amazing. I have used many products over the years to remove left over adhesive and/or stuck on decals and they are all a pain in the butt to use and are not nearly as effective as whatever this miracle solution is. At least for me, I would buy this again in a heartbeat for any adhesive removal projects I have. Seriously good stuff!

not Impressed
It only helps get glue off after you remove the wrap.

Decent product
Does help but certainly didn’t make vinyl removal effortless.

Wish I would have found this earlier.
I purchased a Mercedes that had a vinyl wrap that was baked on. Heat, rubber vinyl removers for your drill, goo gone nothing worked. I actually caused damage to the paint and melted plastic. Then I finally found this and gave it a try. Works wonders. Put it on and let it soak for a few minutes and use a plastic scraper, it works better even in you use a heat gun. Long story short, this stuff works great.
