Quite expensive for what it is but conversely it does have all the relevant temperatures I need for use when BBQing. Many similar items only have temperatures in Fahrenheit but this does have both and it is a nice size to stick by the grill. As others have said make sure it isn't in a position where it will get too hot! Star deducted purely because of purchase price. Edit: At less than a year old and despite being under cover for all of it's life this item has started to delaminate, expected better.

After graduating to using an instant read thermometer in my grilling, the quality of the finished product has gone up greatly. Not only is the meat, chicken, and pork moister and more flavorful, i know it is cooked to safe temperatures. I was always searching for my paper meat temps chart, or trying to do it from memory. I now keep the magnet on the fridge where I can see it easily. No more searching. This is a great product, built on a simple concept. Great customer service too. One of the two I ordered came with a bent corner. A new one is on the way with no fuss.
