Standard pedal bike rotor have bolt holes that are 44mm across from each other; these are for a moped spaced at 48 mm. Look for the "BlueSunshine MTB BB" for bikes. Even with that part, your wheel needs to be designed with the six holes for the rotor bolts in the middle, and your fork and frame need to have the two bolt holes for the calipers. The size of the tire does not matter, it's whether it is "disc ready" that makes the difference.
