Speed and Value
My phone broke at 10pm, I found this one advertised on amazon for under 1/2 the shop price. Paid my £2.99 express postage and got it by 2pm the next day. So less than 16hrs later I had this amazing replacement delivered to an Amazon locker, no sitting in waiting for the post or having to put up with a mobile phone salesman. I will definitely recommend . Great little phone , does everything I need and the battery easily lasts the day.

A couple of years out of date but who cares?
I bought a few of these for workers, and I'm wondering why I spend money on the latest phones for myself. Ok they are not as lovely and smooth as the latest Samsung, but a tenth of the price. You don't get the AI, but that's a plus. They are just less of a hassle and have a decent battery life. Everything else is the same. You don't notice anything unless, perhaps, you just watch video all day.

Budget phone so can't complain, if you are budget conscious or just simply can't afford more then this won't let you down, bear in mind the price indicates the level of product, you won't be able to do exactly what a high end or more modern Samsung will do but it acceptable and fairly priced in representation of the product your buying. Good overall and happy with the extremely GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM AMAZON

Not fit for purpose
I gave this to my so for Christmas. All was well for a few weeks however now any call mage to his phone the audio is terrible (sounds like it's in a crisp packet) and quite often it cust off the audio mid call. Considering this phone is so my son can stay in contact with me when he's on his own, it's rubbish.

Galaxy A12 (Renewed)
Extremely pleased with this purchase! This phone looks like new, not a mark on it. Another pleasant surprise, it came with all the accessories, charger, correct usb cable for this model and a Sim removal pin, unlike the phone I previously ordered(not this model) and returned the next day. It would be nice if all the suppliers had pride in what they sell and ship efficiently. The set up was really easy and I recommend the A12, this was bought for my partner who is not techy whatsoever and he loves it. I may think of changing my A10 for this model.
