Bought mainly to do situps.....Very easy to install, no need for nail/screws. Just twist one way to tighten and the other way to loosen. Even it up for better use. Use rubbers to protect walls or doorframe.You can do situps, biceps, pull ups and chin ups. Seems very sturdy and safe although I only tried situps. Only just got and fitted so will update if have any problems, which I highly doubt. I'm very happy and recommend 😊

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this bar. Good quality screws and wall mounts. Nice telescopic action. Feels sturdy. The bar ends are threaded in opposing directions so you can expand both ends by simply twisting the centre section of the bar - so it’s easy to keep it nice and tight. I have one side mounted into brick (using the supplied screws and my own Rawlplugs) the other side screwed straight into a plaster board wall. The mounts seem plenty strong enough with 4 screws in each mount. I positioned the bar 31cm down from the ceiling so there’s no chance of bumping my head. Happy.

This is the second of this particular pull up bar I’ve purchased, the latter one being for a friend. The bar itself performs well and is sturdy enough to support anyone capable of doing pull ups. Despite its sturdiness I would advise the use of the supplied mounting cups which screw into either side of the door frame to accommodate the bar for extra safety. I dread to think of the consequences of the bar coming away from the door frame whilst someone was doing a pull up with their knees at right angles to their torso. This isn’t a criticism of the pull up bar, it’s simply a remark based on many years experience as a builder. Brick walls are more stable for fixing to than are stud walls ( to mention just two of the vagaries of door frames. ) Buy this inexpensive unit and enjoy using it but do use the fixing screws.

Didn't realise you had to screw it into the door frame and I'm in rented accomadation.Not the manafacturers fault but will have to send back! :(

Bought for my grandson age 9, he thinks it's good 👍.Easy to put up,and you can take it down easy and fast when not using it,so you don't walk into it 😁

Was excited to try this out and had looked at a few different options - eventually settled on this one because it promised to be "heavy duty" and can support 210kg!!Suffice to say I was pretty confused and disappointed when I opened the package to find it says all over the box "maximum weight 100kg"I'm not much over that - but I'm not risking injury and wrecking my walls in the process!!Idk why they've put that it would support 210kg in the listing (maybe they meant lbs?) but it's a pretty big error that could be dangerous and get somebody hurt!!

I sat up obsessing over how I was going to hang my cloths on the wall to make more space in my room that I’m currently decorating and I didn’t want to use nails, I found a cloths rail that would do this but couldn’t spend £30-£40 on it, then it hit me, what about a pull up bar! £10 later best decision I made! I simply cut the fabric off and waller, perfect strong clothes rail and lots of space for me in my room happy days!!! Love this product so much!
