These absorbent under garments are great for day time use. They are quite thin and seem to be near capacity after 1-2 above average uses. The hook and loop tabs, two per side are quite strong and do allow for maybe one or two small adjustments before they start to rip. For multiple uses, it gets pretty heavy and needs to be changed quickly but in the event of an emergency it can work out.The interior leg guards are just right to prevent any leaks just be sure to line these up.For daytime use, whether it’s a walk outside on a warm day or inside the home these are pretty comfortable. Since these are more on the cloth side there is little to no crinkle.When disposing, they are easy to undo the tabs, roll up and use the tabs to secure the roll and dispose of. The tabs stay put once rolled up.The only suggestion is if you are on the end of the size or close to it, then size up. As far as medium goes, these do run small but are still manageable.All in all, at under $2/pair these are a great deal for hook and loop discrete under garments.

These adult diapers are amazing. The tabs are nice and big and grip well. The diaper itself is soft and sturdy. It has a nice thickness to it unlike the other gauze type that her regular DME company sends me. We used it for the first time overnight and there was absolutely no leaks. I will be buying these again.

Okay buckle up so I have a quite a few things to say about this the quality is amazing the price is also amazing I plan on getting like for quantities of the 72 pack offer my only issue are more visual order I would rather it be a little bit more bulky to accommodate say if someone had the runs I would very much like to see it come in other colors and maybe patterns without sacrificing the price or the quantity of how many there are per case the inner guards I wish were many of them material that makes me terrified that it's going to seep through other than that if it was a little bit more bulky and had other colors and patterns and and solidified the material of the inner leak guard then they'd be close to perfect

When managing my medical needs, I want a product I can trust, that's comfortable and that is cost effective.I want to spend more time enjoying life and not worry about something silly. These disposable underwears check all my boxes. They're very comfortable, very thin, absorb a lot, are leak proof, hold well in place and I never have to change them because they've reached their maximum capacity but rather because I've been wearing them for 6 hours and need to change them for hygiene purposes.There's really no way to tell I'm wearing them under my clothes, they're super quiet. They have velcro tabs that not only manage to hold well in place but also won't tear easily, it's something I have quite never seen trying various models and using them 24:7 for my needs.I have a level of confidence and ease I've never had before.It's hard to be critical but I guess two points I could mention is that the product is advertised as being for people who are bed ridden and I think on the opposite it's better for people who are active: it's easier to change without having to take off your pants and shoes, something you have to do with pullups. It could be nice not perpetuating that stigma of hygiene products being for people who are sick or old... .Another critic is that the dry parts tend to separate over time which could lead to absorption issues down the line but I haven't experienced that.To me it's the best option that exists in the category of disposable underwear with tabs.It's not only leak proof, comfortable, thin, quiet but also it's one of the cheapest options out there.Usually I try to have reviews that are a little bit more balanced but there's not much negative things to say here. It's the best disposable underwear I have ever tried, I have instantly made the decision to make them my daily drivers from now on. And I think you'd benefit from making them your daily drivers too if you're in a similar situation from mine.

These would be fantastic diapers if it were not for some issues with the tabs. They fit fantastically. They have good capacity but not great capacity, but should be good for most people. They are supremely comfortable. So far no leaks. The adhesion is rock solid but only if you can get the tabs to open correctly. This is the main issue. I had 4 diapers in a row that the glue on the table was so strong the it pulled the clear plastic part the was supposed to stay on the diapers backing away & covered the sticky part of the tape making the tab ineffective for taping on the diaper.Once this is fixed these are absolutely some very nice diapers. In the photo I provided notice the lack of shiny plastic on the backing. This is the one that is messed up & wont stick well to the front of the diaper.

Great product for dementia / Alzheimer’s patient .. thick and absorbent, stays securely attached.

It does not move with your body. Very difficult for a caregiver to put on a patient. May work for a patient who lies in the bed all the time, does not work for people who have any kind of normal activity. Zero stretch and weird super wide band from front to back, extremely uncomfortable. Horrible design.
