I took a chance these really work they come in round dots and they get hot will last all day. You get a nice amount in the pack. I will order again

I’ve used it for my fingers, knees, back and neck. It worked the best for my fingers and back pain.

The adhesive holds in position until you remove it. The menthol lasts for at least 4 hrs. Good value for money.

Here’s my problem. I’ve got severe joint/muscle pain and use a lot of patches. When I saw 78 “Big Size” patches for $11 USD I figured these will be a good buy, WRONG!I received 78 “Big Size” patches except the patches are smaller than a US silver dollar (see photo), these should not be called “Big Size.” I used 6 sleeves that’s 6 x 6 = 36 button patches, that’s what I consider these to be.The adhesion is poor. I cleaned the area to be covered however they didn’t stick (loosing 3) until I used a hair dryer to activate the glue.Do they work YES! I’m disappointed in the size, I do not see the value to the dollar spent.

I purchased these following an incident where I tore my calf muscle. Somewhat painful.After the injury I tried a slew of topical pain treatments: Icy Hot, Bio-Freeze, along with Scorpion-Venom pads, Tiger Balm brand pads, and other Chinese herbal pads.Nothing worked.These are small, adhesive pain pads. They come 78 to a box, and are also available in a smaller size, 156 to a box. I can only say the smaller ones did nothing for me, and don't stay on.These truly are effective (for me). They work for about 2 days, have no odor, stay on perfectly and for some crazy reason, seem invisible when they're on.It's clearly some sort of herbal mixture that is the active ingredient. What's truly odd is the fact that you can't smell it (as you can on all the other pads), and you don't feel it working (i.e., no sensation of heat, whatsoever).I can't recommend these highly enough. I've given some to others already, and have even sent an entire box to my son-in-law who suffers from chronic back pain.Don't waste your money on other herbal pain-relief pads/patches. They simply don't provide the relief that these odd little patches do.Ya gotta love the box, as well!

Great patch for aching joints or twisted muscles! Heat up fast and no irritation.
