Red HeartSuper Saver Jumbo Yarn, Icelandic

Some people don’t like this yarn because they say it’s too rough and scratchy. I’ve found it to be a great yarn for my charity donations. The colors are lovely, and it wears like iron despite frequent washing. It also gets softer and softer the more it’s washed. It’s my go to yarn because it’s inexpensive, readily obtainable, and works up nicely. Like I said, a workhorse.

I purchased this yarn as well as a warm white to make a baby blanket for a soon to be great grand nephew. It came on time, was packaged well, and the color is just like the photo on the site. It works up very nicely. This worsted weighed yarn is a good value for what one expects to pay for yarn. Red Heart yarns are a perfect choice for many yarn projects.

I find that Red Heart yarn is a good quality yarn. It was easy to get more yarn when I needed more. The colors are bright and it was fun to crochet this blanket.

The photo shows the yarn to be ombre but on arrival was solid yellow. The price was great, yarn is easy to knit with and only 2 knots noted.

This yarn is super soft. The thickness is consistent throughout.

Loved the colour, the tone of grey used is gorgeous and worked perfectly for my project. Made the cutest little yarn holder. Recommend this brand of yarn to others and one I will continue to use.
