NATURES PLUS Vermicompost Organic Fertilizer Manure for Plants - (5 Kg)

Edit: Batch purchased on 24th April gave white flies in the soil of all those plants to which I gave this compost. Plants that didn't get this compost didn't have white flies- that's how I know this compost caused the white flies. Please use this compost with caution. Not completely decomposed. Causes weeds. And now white flies. This was my 4th purchase. Had no issues till now, but this was a bad batch. Request the manufacturers to look into the quality of their product.Original reviewI bought it because it has no chicken etc remains, mainly cow dung based. Price is good, texture is fine. One of those few composts based on cow dung that clearly mention N P K values on label.It's largely not too bad - but I have some random plants growing out of my soil. For eg I added this to my tomato plant's soil. And I saw some very random thick cotyledon grow out of soil. And then few days later another random seedling grew out of my soil. Searching these un-identifiable seedling images through google-lens told me that the first one was peanut (what!!) and the second one was tulsi. I didn't have the heart to kill those random seedlings that grew out of this compost so I planted them in a small container. Those seedlings are doing great and so is my tomato plant for which I purchased this compost.But I've seen 2 more random seedlings grow out of this compost since then. First I kept wondering where these random seedlings are coming from coz I only use coir, this compost and sand (coir and sand are sterile). And then it occurred - this is cow dung with some random seeds that didn't get digested and keep growing from my soil LOL :) Oh well. The gift of nature. I'm not complaining. Price is as good as my local nursery at Rs 60 for 1 kg without any delivery charge. Just know that this compost has some un-digested seeds that may grow out. You can weed those seedlings out. Mix in some sand so it doesn't compact too much.I'll post an update on my tomato plants and the random seedlings too that grew out of the compost.

One of the best vermicompost that I have used so far, out of three only one package contained earthworms, that’s not a big problem. But overall u can go for it, my plants are doing well, no issues.. earlier brands that I bought caused harm to my healthy plants.I use one portion compost, one portion garden soil and one portion cocopeat & dap if at all u need.

Some amount of cocopeat "adulteration" is obvious, but not too much as I experienced. Per packet definitely not more than 750 gm (instead of 1 kg) provided.

Not so good. Price is comparatively cheaper than other products in amazon but I have doubt whither it has any nutrient values. I supose there is a mix of sand and soil.Its my fault that I have gone for a cheaper product.

I used it on my basil plant and it's growth as remarkable.
