On my 2nd tub. Honestly love the flavor. It took awhile to notice a difference. Although I don’t physically see a difference, I feel the difference in my performance with working out. I don’t get as tired as quickly prior to taking this. I’m able to last my HIIT workouts a lot longer without feeling fatigued. The powder is easy to mix and I would say it tastes better with iced water. It’s a bit pricey, but I value what supplements to put in my body, don’t go cheap.

Recharge is THE best post workout supplement I have ever had. I say this anytime I talk about Legion, but I have to stress especially with this product, that I am so appreciative of its minimal ingredients. I have a very sensitive gut, and Recharge (3 weeks in) has yet to give me any adverse effects. As with anything, you should take it as directed (as this was what the product was intended for).My biggest problem when it comes to working out is consistency. I will often get 3 days in, take my rest day, then another, then another, and then I haven't exercised for a week (or more). When I really started analyzing what was wrong it was that my recovery seemed quite slow. I did about a month of research and settled on Recharge. I would try it out and see if it helped.Happy to report that for the past 3 weeks (since using this thing), I have yet to lapse in my workouts. I take my rest days and recover, and I'm good the next day. I'm recovering faster and making bigger gains, and I don't feel like garbage.It should be noted that any supplement by itself cannot cure a poor diet or lifestyle. I eat well, use portion control, and try for 8-10 hours of sleep each night. Even with that, before weaving Recharge into my routines, I was not able to maintain my workout schedule. Now I can, and I'm building up from here. After literal years of getting on and off the horse, it feels so good to be able to maintain and step closer to my fitness goals.Stay strong. Good ingredients but the "unflavored" version is loaded with strange flavors and that gross Stevie aftertaste. Very disappointing.UPDATE: the seller saw my dissatisfaction and made it right for me. That is excellent customer service.

As a personal trainer I look for quality products like this. The main goal when buying this product was making sure there was 5mg of creatine monohydrate, there is that plus more, I really like the added L-cartine. Both of these have be proven to help with muscle recovery and growth.

I reached to this post workout by watching "7 Best Pre Workouts for Fat Loss, Cardio, and More (Updates!)" by Nick English which i really don't remember wither if "Legion Recharge Post Workout Supplement" was in his "The 6 Best Post Workout Supplements" guide then he removed it cause there were better post workouts as an update OR i purchased it cause i already purchased "Legion Pulse Pre Workout" which i generally think if a company has pre and post it's better to try them both if i am into pre and post workout supplements!Anyway, i don't know Nick personally or even know who he is but this guy really brought back my faith in pre and post workouts! so far "Legion Recharge", & "Legion Pulse" are among my favorites in supplements, this post workout supplement (Watermelon flavor) is just beyond perfect! it recharges me quite well with a refreshing delicious taste (although i don't like watermelon) while their Pulse pre workout is as perfect as it gets! mostly i don't get nothing when i use pre workouts but this one gives you that smooth feeling of wanting to workout without any skin harsh or shakin that you might get from caffeine! and then "Recharges" recharges you smoothly and perfectly in away that won't make you full and almost threw up as i normally feel with some past post workout.Eventually, Legion Supplements are becoming now one of my best brands for healthy and perfect diet, it might not work that much for you according to your body state or sensitivity but it doesn't hurt to try it as i believe they are happy to help if this product doesn't work for you... I love this product. I previously had the watermelon which was delicious. I purchase the Arctic and that was disappointing. Taste horrible. Get the watermelon and not the arctic.

Best creatine that I have noticed so much difference in my body since I started to incorporate it into my daily supplements! I usually mix it with the pulse and it works amazing!
