The sizes are not marked on the tools.

Q: Is the metal tip stainless steel, aluminum/ aluminum alloy or plated steel? I do not want them to rust.

I have been using these tools quite a bit and will say they are a steel metal. They have been exposed to liquids almost daily and there is no sign of rust. I'm sure they will not rust unless you use them is a caustic material.

Q: Can you use these tools for rhinestones placement? Can you also use this to make polkadot with nail polish

Definitely will do the dots with nail polish. Not too sure about the rhinestones. I’ve never tried that.
