Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups, 3.17oz Bags | 4 Pack

I am shopping for flavor, not calorie minimization, and SkinnyDipped is my favorite of the three main brands for dark chocolate PB-cups: SkinnyDipped, UNREAL, and Justin's. Justin's was disappointing and unmemorable. I threw the rest of the box out. The runner-up is UNREAL dark chocolate peanut butter cups, which are really quite nice. Those have a silky smooth texture with a mild filling that has a fantastic texture that feels almost as if it has been whipped with butter, meaning that it starts soft and then melts in your mouth the way a butter-frosting would -- I don't know how they achieve this effect, but it's not from actual butter; that's just how it tastes. My biggest complaint about the UNREAL cups is that I find them too sweet and I feel sugar-gross from eating two at once. Worth a try, especially for people who aren't as anti-sweet as I am. SkinnyDipped is my #1, and it's very different from the UNREAL candy. It's clearly much lower sugar, which I appreciate, and I wouldn't want it any sweeter. The chocolate coating is fantastic; the reduction in sugar makes it taste darker, or perhaps SkinnyDipped just uses more cocoa, and the texture of the chocolate is perfect. It has a nice bite, and melts with great flavor. I probably prefer it to most dark chocolate bars. The SkinnyDipped filling is neither better nor worse than UNREAL, but is very different. The SkinnyDipped filling is hard / solid, strongly peanut-forward peanut-butter. It melts slowly in the mouth in a really delightful way. Robust and almost savory. I don't think the filling is sweetened at all, which is great because I hate sweetened peanut-butter. If a product existed with the SkinnyDipped chocolate over the UNREAL filling, I might alternate between that and the SkinnyDipped chocolate over the SkinnyDipped filling.

These chocolates are absolutely delicious, and I feel guilt-free eating them as a type 2 diabetic . What most impressed me was how this was packaged. It’s been scorching hot here and triple digits. It was sent in a box with dry ice to keep them from melting . I did not know this and was on vacation for several days unable to take the package in when it was delivered. Fearing a melted mess at best, I was happy to see how it was packaged. Even though I was away for several days and the ice had completely thawed, the chocolates were still solid and in nearly great condition. So happy with the thoughtful way this was packaged! These are delicious! I love Reese’s peanut butter cup and these are just as good but they are not bad for you! The peanut butter has a good texture. It is not creamy. They are a little expensive but definitely worth it They are individually wrapped but search one is a good size and the ingredients are much better for you.

Love these. I currently have gestational diabetes. These satisfy my sweet tooth but don't spike my glucose. They taste much better to me that some of the protein packed ones. I liked that they were shipped in temp control boxes so they don't melt in the hot July heat. I will continue to buy these even after my GD journey is over.

What a great product. When you want something sweet and low sugar, these candies are great.

I thoroughly enjoyed these. They taste good are fairly low calorie. My only problem was they were shipped FedEx. And although the vendor did an amicable job with the shipping, packing it with numerous ice packs, fedex must have left the package in an extremely hot truck for a long time.Because what I got was several small packages of chocolate peanut butter soup

The candy tastes great but it was melted. The ice packs were warm by the time it was delivered.
