Great whip, 1.1:1 on 1 and 1.4:1 on 40 with my setup. Its stainless I believe so keep it whiped down with an oil based water repellent like wd40. It protects from rust but can also cake dust if too much is left so just do it at least once a week and it'll stay good for a long time.

The undeniable champion of antennas. Without saying performance wise. Can be hell on garage door and other objects but it keeps on performing.

return is a rip off
This antenna did not work for what my husband wanted. I started the return process, which was easy, but had to pay of our own shipping. I went to the Post Office was given a price of $414 to ship this antenna back. WOW. Went to the UPS store and was given a price of $352. I guess we are the proud owners of an antenna that does NOT work for what my husband wanted as I am not paying that astronomical fee to return something cost less than the shipping. Thanks a million.
