Buyer beware of which a vendor you select.
This is a tangled mess waiting to happen. As you can see from the pictures there are no broken parts in the Box therefore this was shipped broken. I have a lot of experience with this and this is definitely a tangle waiting to happen. I'm very disappointed that the vendor permited this to happen. The product gets great reviews the vendor is crapp!

Doesnt shock as hard as regular wire, goats ate it in two days.

Packaging for shipping was terrable
I bought two reels and both were broken due to the shipping packaging. With a little more effort this could have been avoided. The broken reels made the ribbon fall off the reel and we had a terrible time installing the fence.
