which one is bigger this one or the large one?i need a large door so my fat cat can fit

I have the largest size and it fits my 20lb cat just fine.

What size cat is the gray easy fill for

The Regular Size is good for cats up to 10 or 12 lbs. The Large size is for cats larger than 12 lbs and for multiple cat households.

Is there a replacement piece for the litter spout?

If you are offered a 1 year warrantee and the refill spout breaks, order a replacement while the warrantee is still good, my first one was replaced in this manner, and after you have emptied the litter always make sure to tilt all the litter out of the sifting reservoir and maintain it at the appropriate level, one epic fail is when you don't tilt the reservoir empty keep the level and urine gets in there and clumps, you'll have to disassemble it and clean and sanitize it, but you have to logically do that every 4 - 6 months anyway esp if you have 2 cats sharing it, its not magically self sanitizing.

How often do you have to empty / clean it?

I completely empty and change litter every 7-10 days
