IRISMARU Wing Chun Kung Fu Stainless Steel Training Ring Silver

As a lifetime student of numerous martial arts (Karate-Do, Judo, Jujitsu, Kenjutsu, Tai Chi, Qigong and other arts) I am always looking for new and unique ways of training. I began working with the Kung Fu (I call Martial Arts Rings) bamboo and steel training rings.I have recently added these ring exercises to my Chair Tai Chi, Qigong, Yoga, and Reiki programs. I use both the bamboo models and the metal rings. I just purchased this model (Iris Maru Wing Chun Kung Fu stainless steeling training ring-8 ½ inches inside of ring and 9 ½ total) and found it to be strong and durable. If you are into any of the martial arts that also employees the iron or bamboo rings in their training you may want to check out this model. I purchased them for a bargain price on Amazon but they all seem to come from China. I now include these in my regular training programs. Perfect tool to advance to the next level for Wing Chung. Very sturdy and rigid as depicted on Muk Yan Jong practice dummy.Remember, correct practice ring diameter should be measured from the crook of your elbow to your wrist.

Skillful construction and sturdy. I train nearly every day. My punches and traps are strong and quick as they should be. I have no complaints.

It's pretty durable. I dropped it a few times while messing around with it. It's a perfect size for my tiny self.
