Cheap flimsy case
If the drill bits are anywhere as bad as the case, I'm afraid to try them, I'd rather return the set and get a Chicago-Latrobe set which I know will be top shelf stuff. You get what you pay for, and nothing worse than ruining a project with cheap tools.

Much better than most
These do hold up a lot better than the cheaper options available. I used them to size some brass orifices, progressively making the hole larger. I easily was able to enlarge the holes on 3 orifices, and have no doubts I could keep doing several more.The bits are straight, sharp, and strong. The one knock is that I believe I got 2 size 64 bits instead of a 64 and 65; they seem to be the same size in my kit.

Tiny drills for carb jets and metering holes
Know what you are buying. these will not fit a 'normal" drill. I use them in a Dremel with a chuck to tune small carburetors. Ideal for that
