Paper Towel Holder...self explanatory
I didn’t receive this exact item. I ordered this butI received a different kind. I didn’t mind at first but the one I have doesn’t have the ball that is closest to the paper towels. There’s a plastic piece that gets hung up on the paper towels every time.
