Lucky in Love
I enjoyed the book and had trouble putting it down even though very predictable :-)I have read five books from this series now and thought I would wait to read this book because of the predictability and heavy sex - it would be nice to have a bit less of both but read the books I have and enjoyed.Saying that, I do love stories with a happy ending and Jill's books deliver that in spades - I also like the on going reference to the different residents in Lucky Harbour.Book 5 in the series is all ready to be started :-)

Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

A New Direction with the Series
This book was different from the prior 3 books featuring the sisters. It also didn't have the quotes from Phoebe or the sisters, rather, just quotes from no one in particular. Here we had a younger Heroine, Mallory Quinn. She was also different from the other 3 heroines in that Mallory was a goody two-shoes. I must admit, it made her not as interesting but she was a nice sweet girl. She was very concerned about EVERYONE and she was thoughtful. She would give the shirt of her back to a stranger, blah, blah, blah! One night, her friends convinced her to take a walk on the dark side and date a Mr. Wrong, and she met Ty Garrison. The Lucky Harbor community called Ty “MCG” which stood for Mysterious Cute Guy. He was a new resident and he kept to himself. So while he was good looking, no one knew anything about him except that he was probably not going to stay in their small little community. He was an ex-navy seal, who was rehabbing an injury, and he made it clear that he was not interested in anything other than a good time. So Mal decided that Ty would be that walk on the dark side and have a commitment-free good time… She was so tired of being that good girl, so she figured she would shed her skin like Miley Cyrus. While the rest of the journey was interesting, we all know that good girls don’t do the whole “no-commitment relationship” without catching feelings. They just aren’t wired that way. It was a matter of how to get the bad boy to see they were worth being more than just a good time.So I think the Good girl ran game on the Bad boy, by pretending she didn’t want anything more, and her reverse psychology worked well. Because how can a bad boy Ty spend time in bed with the good girl Mallory and not share pillow talk and eventually see what a great person Mallory is. Kudos to Mallory, you got game! This book should be renamed “How to play a player”!
