I had to get this sent from the states and it came within 2 weeks and I am loving the content and would highly recommend the book. It's set out in an easy to read manner, although I can get annoyed when it says to go check out the recipe in chapter 2 and I can't easily find chapter 2 as I flip through the pages and then wonder WHERE in chapter 2 the recipe is located. I wish they would direct me to a page. That said, there's a lot of very helpful, very practical information and I really like the book.

This added vastly to my knowledge and I'm grateful.I picked up info on the author via 'The Truth About Cancer 'series online by Ty Bollinger and I'm glad I did, this book is invaluable in using natural healing techniques.

A good book
