It was exactly what I expected. I was wary because of what other reviewers said but had no problem. As soon as I took it out of the package I noticed it was stiff and had a little odor. I soaked it in hot water and Dawn overnight. I swished it around a bit, rinsed, and then dried it flat. I am pleased.

nautical wreaths
I found this to be a great product for my nautical creations. I glue pieces onto my grapevine wreath and added sea shells and it came out great.

Good strong authentic smelly and hard to clean
It's a good strong authentic fish net section, but if you hope to use it as we are inside our RV for "stuff" retaining in various places, it takes a lot of scrubbing with soap and rinsing and rinsing. If used for deco purposes indoors, it may smell up a small room after a while, so beware. Product appeared to be repriced at higher dollar amounts as if the product has been purchased in bulk prepackaged quantities and resold a bit higher, but I couldn't find it much lower, so I guess it'll finally work after washing and hanging in the sun for a day.

This is not "Commercial Used Thick Fish Netting" as advertised. Its flimsy dollar store stuff used for decoration.
