Why can't you ship an order after it's been purchased? Twice now I've ordered this product from you and it never left your facility.

I have never had a problem receiving this item. Not sure I can answer your question as I am just a customer (not a vendor). Thanks

Is there new packaging? I reordered the same product and it looks different.

My recent packaging looks the same. Love this probiotic.

Is this seller the same fortressbrand store identified in the microbiome labs "terms & conditions" as the only amazon seller they will refund?

I don’t know…I never had to return my product.

Why does the price for this keep rising? Every time I come back to this page it costs more. The same seller charges $30 more than this morning??

Check your counts and your supplier. I always buy biggest and stick with vendors I can count on.
