Super-strong, but a bit fiddly
Super-strong - I have made my magnet board by sliding a piece of sheet metal into a picture frame, covering it with wrapping paper to make it look nice, and then adding the plastic sheet on top so it can be used as a dry-erase board. Even with all these layers, these magnets have no problems holding several sheets of paper (I get the feeling they could hold a whole ream). On the down side, one of them snapped in half after a few weeks. They are also very tiny, so can be a bit fiddly to remove, especially given their strength. They come with two pieces of metal to hold them all together, though, which I use to help me remove them from the board. Longer-term I will try hot-gluing them to larger objects to make them 'prettier' on the board and easier to move around.

strong little magnets
I bought these to keep cupboard doors shut drilled small holes in the door and frame just big enough to take the magnets and super glued in place. less then ten mins job done and holds the door in place even when the windows are open and nreeze is blowing through the house.

Perfect for magnetic closer on metal cabinets
Used for idea metal cabinet where the magnetic catch was too weak. Works perfectly - used one on the top and bottom of the door. Has just the right amount of pull to keep the door closed, yet is easy to open. And spares used on my magnetic board. Great pack for the price.

Brilliant.
These things are brilliant. I bought 3 sizes (2,6 and 8 mm all 2mm thick). Only used 8 so far (as "catches" in hardwood cases made for some measuring tools) All seem very strong for their size. Sure I will fine use for the rest (even if its "play" rather than "work").
